Next we welcomed Modern Vascular to the area with their grand opening on Wednesday, August 11th. Modern Vascular of St. Louis is the company’s first clinic in Missouri and 15th in the United States. Their mission is to eradicate lower leg foot amputation in the general public and specifically among the poor and underserved. Dr. Wande Pratt, who is a Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon, serves as the managing physician. Dr. Pratt first joined Modern Vascular at Modern Vascular of Southaven and recently served as the interim Managing Physician for Modern Vascular of Fort Worth in Texas. St. Louis is home to Dr. Pratt, and he values the community and its people. He sees his role at Modern Vascular as a way to give back to the community of St. Louis. Finally we celebrated The Natural Way's new ownership and ribbon cutting on Wednesday, August 25th. Christopher & Aisha Miller purchased the vitamin & supplement store during the height of Covid shutdowns and have worked to give the business a needed facelift by reinvesting back into the business: they refreshed the branding, implemented technology, offered curbside pickup, local delivery and built a new ecommerce website (naturalwaystl.com/shop).
