We began our meeting by welcoming our honored guests and new members. We presented a new member plaque to W. Samantha Newman with Sunti Designs.

After enjoying a tasty lunch we heard a great presentation by Craig Palubiak, President of Optim Consulting Group. Craig is an author,  Coach, GURU of Biz Tips, and speaker who has given presentation around the globe. The presentation was titled, "Drive Profits Today - Timeless Sales and Marketing Tips." Craig challenged us to look at identifying and ranking today's critical issues with prospects and clients, look at how we can resolve those issues, and how to measure our results.
