April Membership Networking Luncheon - Sponsored by Volpe Consulting & Accounting Services
On Thursday, April 16, 2026, we hosted our Membership Networking Luncheon at Orlando's Banquet Center. The luncheon was sponsored by Volpe Consulting & Accounting Services. The Volpe team is a St. Louis-based accounting and consulting firm that provides accounting and consulting services for small and medium-sized companies around the United States. You can also follow their blog for business tips. After members checked in, we passed out Networking Bingo Cards, in which members reach out to each other to find people who could help them complete their cards.
We started our meeting by announcing our bingo winners. Then Mark St. George, CCO Chamber Board President, invited everyone to join him in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and welcoming our guest of honor, Nicole Greer, Creve Coeur City Councilwoman and future State Representative. Next, we thanked our sponsor and heard from Apple and Jaime from Volpe Consulting. We then welcomed and presented plaques to the following New Members:

Following lunch and networking at our tables, Tom Lancia, Executive Director, announced the Chamber's upcoming events and introduced our networking program. We then kicked off our networking program, where everyone had 30 seconds to introduce themselves, mention their business, describe what they do, and identify ideal referrals.
After the program, we encouraged everyone to schedule a 1-to-1 meeting with someone they met today. It is in these follow-up meetings that great referral partners are found. Then we announced our 50/50 raffle winner and thanked everyone for coming.
