On Wednesday, September 7, 2022, the new Sauce on the Side had their ribbon cutting celebration! Sauce on the Side has become well know for their handmade Calzones and using the freshest ingredients. They think there's something special about fresh food and that's why they make everything from scratch! Their handmade calzones, sauces, their salad dressing, and even their desserts are made right at Sauce on the Side.

Owner, Ryan Mangialardo, welcomed everyone to Sauce on the Side and shared his excitement to open in Creve Coeur. We also were able to hear about his families love of food and how some of those recipes have found their way into their food. Mayor Robert Hoffman and many from the Chamber and Community came out to show their support and welcome them to the area. After the ribbon cutting many stuck around to have a great lunch and some dessert!
