Winning the War for Talent

On Thursday, October 21, 2021 we had our Membership Luncheon at Orlando's Event and Conference Center. We thank Will Saulsbery, Ashley Carter, and Frank Mondello with Spectrum REACH for being our Lunch Sponsor and for giving out some great prizes.

We began our meeting with saying the National Anthem together and welcomed Mayor Robert Hoffman from the City of Creve Coeur and our invited guests.

Next we presented plaques to the following new members:

After enjoying some great food and networking we presented our Annual Corporate Challenge Golf Tournament Trophy to Kirk Ross with Alliance Corporate for having the winning team. Next we heard a great presentation by Bernie Frazier, Director of Talent Solutions for Alliance Advisors. With many businesses struggling to find and retain good employees, Bernie shared with us some important tips in "Winning the War for Talent!" Here is a link to her slides from the presentation.

We closed our meeting by giving out attendance prizes donated by St. Louis Arch, Tammy Halveland with RE/MAX Results, Yvonne Wesa with RE/MAX Results and Compass Health Insurance.
