April Membership Luncheon - Latest Shifts in the Commercial Real Estate Market
On Thursday, April 17, 2025, we held our Membership Luncheon sponsored by Greater St. Louis Inc. and Gundaker Commercial Group at Orlando's Banquet Center. We began our meeting saying the Pledge of Allegiance and welcoming our members and guests. Next we thanked our sponsors and invited Brooke LaPlaca with Greater St. Louis Inc. (GSL) and Bill Devers with Gundaker Commercial Group to say a few works. We also reminded our members that through our Affiliate Membership, they also have a membership in GSL. Next we presented membership plaques to the following new members: (pictured left to right above)

After lunch and networking at our tables, we introduced our speakers Dave Morris, Michael Roberts Jr., and Jim Alexander with Gundaker Commercial Group.
